Refund Policy for MindMaxED Brain Fitness Academy

Welcome to the MindMaxED Brain Fitness Academy operated by MindMaxED. We are committed to providing high-quality educational content, coaching services, and digital learning experiences designed to promote mental resilience, brain fitness, and personal growth.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any products or services from our website.

Digital Course Purchases

Because our courses include immediate access to proprietary digital materials, videos, downloadable resources, and educational content, all purchases are generally considered final.

However, we offer a limited refund window under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests for digital courses may be considered if:

  • The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase; AND
  • The purchaser has completed less than 25% of the course content; AND
  • No certificate of completion has been issued.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days or after substantial course access/use may not be approved.

Coaching Sessions and Consulting Services

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed coaching sessions
  • Consulting services already rendered
  • Missed appointments or no-shows

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Subscription Services

If applicable, subscription memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing.

Cancellation of a subscription:

  • Stops future recurring charges
  • Does not provide retroactive refunds for prior billing periods
  • Does not refund partially used membership periods

Payment Plans

If a product is purchased through a payment plan:

  • The purchaser is responsible for completing all scheduled payments
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access
  • Refund approval does not guarantee cancellation of outstanding installment obligations unless specifically stated in writing

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Access to purchased products and services may be immediately suspended
  • We reserve the right to provide purchase records, login history, and course usage data to payment processors to contest invalid disputes
